Usnea, often called “old man’s beard,” is a lichen traditionally used to support immune health and microbial balance. Herbalists commonly turn to usnea during times of acute infection or stubborn respiratory and throat irritation.

Usnea has a long history of use for supporting the body during bacterial and fungal challenges, particularly when mucus, sore throat, or sinus congestion are present.

Ingredients:
Usnea (Usnea barbata), Distilled Water, USP Food Grade Vegetable Glycerin, 80 proof alcohol

Directions:

In acute situations: Take 2 full droppers, 3 times daily for up to 7 days.

For maintenance: Take 1 full dropper up to 3 times daily for up to 2 weeks.

May be added to water, juice, or hot water as a tea.

Store in a cool, dark cabinet. Tinctures will last up to 2 years if stored and used properly.
