Refund policy
Purely Rooted Goods products are in the category of Personal Care and can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of our products. However - If you are unsatisfied or concerned with any purchase, please contact us immediately, we'd love to make it right!
Additional non-refundable items: Gift Cards, Sale Items
Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 24 hours have passed. Local orders not picked up within 30 days will be refunded after once last contact attempt with a 50% restocking fee. Any damage to the product left in the pickup box due to your failure to pick it up at the scheduled time is your responsibility. We understand there are extenuating circumstances, so in order to accommodate we need communication during this time period.
