Joint Relief Tea

This blend has been specially formulated to help with inflammation and pain caused from arthritis, and other joint and inflammatory responses.

INGREDIENTS

ginger, turmeric, aloe vera powder, cats' claw, willow bark, rosemary, peppermint, nettle, feverfew, vervain, rose hips, lemon verbena, thyme, borage, lions' mane, spearmint, holy basil, dandelion leaf, licorice root, chamomile, burdock root, honeybush tea

DIRECTIONS

Steep 2-3 tsp of tea blend in 8 oz of hot water for 10 minutes, then strain. To allow spices & smaller pieces through use a tea infuser. To remove spices use *reusable muslin tea bag. Great with a splash of your favorite milk or sweetened with honey.
