Ingredients: Wood Betony, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Cinnamon, Ginger, USP Food Grade Kosher Certified Vegetable Glycerin, Distilled Water.

Directions: 1 - 2 yrs (under 24 lbs): 3-5 drops. 3-5 yrs (25 - 45 lbs): 5-10 drops. 46-90 lbs: 10-20 drops, Over 90 lbs: 20-30 drops (1 dropperfull)
Best given 30-45 minutes before bedtime, or right when nighttime growing pains come. It can be taken up to 3 times per day if needed. Drop under tongue, or into a small amount of water or juice.
