USES & BENEFITS
1- Minor aches, pains, and inflammation: massage into affected area for at least 30 seconds to a minute.
2- Chest rub: for congestion or to help relieve cough caused from cold or flu, apply to chest, upper back, or bottom of feet.
3- Ease breathing: use a pea size of rub, cup hand over nose without touching skin, deeply inhale & exhale 5 breaths.
DIRECTIONS
Apply a pea-size amount of muscle rub and rub into affected area up to several times per day. Massage in for a few minutes and soon you should feel relief. Wash hands well after applying.
INGREDIENTS
Apricot oil, coconut oil, beeswax, arnica oil, vitamin E, menthol crystals, cayenne pepper, essential oils: black pepper, cinnamon, marjoram, balsam fir, rosemary, peppermint, wintergreen, eucalyptus, galangal root, ginger root, copaiba, turmeric (brown speckles are part of the organic cayenne)
For sensitive skin, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please ask your doctor before use. Do not cover treated skin with bandage, or have direct contact with ice, or expose it to heat from a hot tub, heating pad, or sauna. Do not apply to broken skin. Menthol and capsaicin can cause minor cooling or burning sensation, which is usually mild and should lessened over time. If it causes discomfort, wash with soap and water. Store at room temperature.
