We have this in our fridge year round! We dont remember to take it everyday especially in the Summer unfortunately, but it is another must have during the Winter season. We have tired a couple different elderberry's before and are shocked at how syrupy, thick and "gross" tasting some of them are. This is by far the best one we have ever had, we buy it on a regular basis! ❤️
