elderberries, hibiscus blossoms, apple pieces, black currant, natural flavoring, freeze dried blackberries, freeze dried strawberry & raspberry pieces, wild strawberry leaves

DIRECTIONS

Brew as much or as little as you desire. On its own or added to your favorite tea. For a little sweetness add honey or your favorite sweetener.
