Ingredients:
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus), Distilled Water, USP Food Grade Vegetable Glycerin (5%), 80 proof alcohol

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 full squeeze of the dropper, 3 times daily in water, juice, or hot water to make a tea.

Ages 5–10: 5–10 drops
Ages 6–12: 10–20 drops
Ages 13+: 20 drops

Store in a cool, dark cabinet. Tinctures will last up to 2 years if stored and used properly.
