Ingredients:
Organic Hawthorn Berries (Crataegus laevigata), Vegetable Glycerin, Distilled Water, 80 proof alcohol

Directions:

Adults: Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (1 full dropper) in 2 oz of juice or water, up to 4 times daily. May also be placed directly under the tongue, held briefly, then swallowed.

Store in a cool, dark cabinet. Tinctures will last up to 2 years if stored and used properly.
