Ingredients:
Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Distilled Water, USP Food Grade Vegetable Glycerin, 80 proof alcohol

Directions:

Adults: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper to 2 oz of water or juice, 2–5 times daily. Best taken between meals.

Children (over 2 years): Start with 5–15 drops in water. May repeat after 15 minutes if needed.

Store in a cool, dark cabinet. Tinctures will last up to 2 years if stored and used properly.
