INGREDIENTS
Feverfew, willow bark, ginger, peppermint, turmeric, cinnamon, rosehips, lemon balm, lemon verbena, passionflower, rose, ashwagandha, maca root, basil, coriander, raspberry leaf, lavender, valerian, chamomile, hibiscus, fennel seed, dandelion leaf, dandelion root, spearmint leaf, motherwort, dong quai root, vitex (chaste berry), sage, clove, hops flower, stevia leaves, marigold, schisandra berries, honeybush tea.
DIRECTIONS
Add 2 tsp of tea blend to a tea infuser or reusable tea bag. Place in cup and pour 8 oz of boiling water, let steep 10 minutes. Sip until gone. Maximum: 2 cups per day.
