INGREDIENTS

Parsley, chamomile, echinacea, dandelion root, dandelion leaf, nettle, marshmallow leaf, marshmallow root, plantain,  yarrow, elderberry, fennel, black cumin, uva ursi, meadowsweet, Oregon grape root

DIRECTIONS

Add 1-2 tsp of herbal blend to a tea infuser, and set in a cup. Pour 8 oz of boiling water over infuser and let steep 10-15 minutes. Sip until gone.
