Directions: Steep 1-2 Tablespoons of this blend in 8 ounces of water.  Steep for 5 minutes. Strain, then sweeten if you would like. Drink warm, or top of with cold water...or add ice, for a refreshing fruity drink.

Ingredients - Rooibos tea, blue butterfly pea flowers, hibiscus, chamomile, apple, rosehips, lemon, strawberry leaves, natural flavor, cornflower, raspberry (raspberry lemonade)

Directions - Steep 1-2 tablespoons of tea in 12 oz of water for 3 minutes. Drink hot or iced.
